David Horein—Licensed Home Inspector
David has been around home construction all his life, growing up with a father who built homes for a living. Starting in the 1970s, David assisted his father on the job with all sorts of hands-on labor, including excavation, framing, carpentry, and much more. In 1985, David decided to start his own excavation company, completing projects for both residential and commercial properties. Additionally, David has worked with Celeste to renovate numerous homes—as well as building several from the ground up.

David enjoys traveling, golfing, and boating in his free time. Dave is extremely friendly, and he always loves lending a helping hand to others—whether it’s a client, family member, neighbor, or an old friend.
Celeste Horein—Licensed Home Inspector
Starting around 1984, Celeste took a serious interest in real estate, investing in several properties that were in need of restoration—an experience that eventually led her to start Horein Properties, a business specializing in real estate investment and remodeling. Along with her husband David, for whom she also managed an excavation company, Celeste helped build several houses from the ground up.
After a business contact recommended that Celeste pursue a career in home inspection, she wholeheartedly agreed, realizing that such a career was perfect for the knowledge and skills that she and David had developed over their years of hard work in the industry.
